Developed through decades of training, teaching, and refinement, ChunJiDo brings together kicking, striking, trapping, joint locks, pressure points, weapons, defensive movement, body mechanics, and energy manipulation into one integrated system designed to develop the complete martial artist.
But Master the Moment goes far beyond technique. The series will feature members of the ChunJiDo family from around the world, including instructors, masters, grandmasters, competitors, students, and organizational leaders. Episodes will explore training, applications, philosophy, history, weapons, leadership, personal development, interviews, and individual profiles—preserving the knowledge, personalities, and traditions that continue to shape ChunJiDo International.
